These General Conditions concern the purchase of products made remotely through the telematic network on the website “teamwork-media.com” owned by teamwork media srl with registered office in Villa Carcina (BS), via Sicilia, 21a.<\/p>\n

Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185\/99 and, with regard to privacy protection, will be subject to the regulations of Law no. 675\/96 and subsequent amendments.<\/p>\n

At any time and without notice, teamwork media srl may make the modifications it deems appropriate to the content of the Terms of Sale; these modifications will be effective from the date of publication on the website.<\/p>\n

By electronically submitting the confirmation of their purchase order, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to comply with the general conditions and payment terms with teamwork media srl, hereinafter referred to as teamwork-media.com, declaring to have read and accepted all the information provided to them in accordance with the above-mentioned regulations, and also acknowledging that teamwork-media.com is not bound by any conditions other than those previously agreed in writing.<\/p>\n

Customer’s commitments<\/b><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

These General Conditions of Sale must be examined online by the Customers visiting the teamwork-media.com website before they confirm their purchases. The submission of the order confirmation implies the complete knowledge and full acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.<\/p>\n

Once the online purchase procedure is completed, the Customer undertakes and obliges to print and retain these general conditions of sale, which have already been viewed and accepted during the purchase process, in order to fully satisfy the condition referred to in Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185\/1999.<\/p>\n

Purchasing Method<\/b><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Teamwork-media.com is a telematic website for the sale of editorial products.<\/p>\n

The purchase of products is made by the Customer at the indicated price, to be confirmed at the time of submitting the order confirmation.<\/p>\n

Before confirming the purchase, the Customer will be provided with a summary of the unit cost of each selected product and the total cost in the case of purchasing multiple products.<\/span><\/p>\n

Upon confirming the purchase and completing the transaction, the Customer will receive an email containing the Date and Total Amount of their Order, as well as the order details.<\/p>\n

The products available on the website are illustrated and described online in the dedicated section. However, it should be noted that the visual representation typically corresponds to a photographic image and is intended for presentation purposes only, without any guarantee or commitment from teamwork media srl regarding the exact correspondence of the image displayed on the website with the actual product (dimensions, chromatic aspects, etc.).<\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal<\/b><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

The books for sale are covered by the right of withdrawal guarantee provided by Legislative Decree January 15, 1992, no. 50, and Legislative Decree May 22, 1999, no. 185.
